4+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, purchasing, or project coordination. You will work with customers and different teams to make sure orders are completed on time.

Operations Coordinator Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and dependable Operations Coordinator to help manage customer orders, production needs, and daily business tasks.

Payrate: 110,000-125000
Location: Signal Hill 

This is a hands-on job for someone who can solve problems, stay organized, and handle many tasks at the same time. You will work with customers and different teams to make sure orders are completed on time.
Main Job Duties

• Manage customer orders from the time they are received until they are shipped and completed.
• Talk with customers about schedules, lead times, priorities, and order updates.
• Work with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Shipping, and Finance teams.
• Track deadlines and look for possible delays.
• Help solve problems before they affect customers.
• Track open tasks and make sure they are completed.
• Keep customer and order records accurate and up to date.
• Help with purchasing, inventory, production planning, and special projects.
• Help with new products and projects.
• Look for ways to improve daily work and make processes easier.
• Research problems, gather information, and work with the right teams to find solutions.
• Take on other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, purchasing, or project coordination.
• Experience with ERP, order management, inventory, or production systems.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
