We're looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Operations Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly and ensure our clinical teams have everything they need to care for patients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and taking ownership of important operational responsibilities. You'll work independently while serving as a key member of a collaborative healthcare team.

Position Summary:  As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring equipment, supplies, and vehicles are organized, operational, and ready to support daily patient care.

Key Responsibilites:

• Maintaining the readiness of medical equipment, supplies, and fleet vehicles used by our clinical teams
• Managing inventory and ensuring critical supplies are stocked and available when needed
• Performing quality checks and coordinating maintenance for blood testing equipment
• Coordinating routine vehicle maintenance and repairs with fleet service providers
• Tracking equipment repairs and ensuring items are returned to service quickly
• Supporting nursing operations through transportation of lab samples as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Schedule

• Up to 32 hours per week
• Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on business needs and performance.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed
• Experience in logistics, operations, inventory management, healthcare support, or a related field is a plus
