From tracking shortages and deadlines to building Excel reports and maintaining accurate ERP records, your work will help keep operations organized and moving forward.What You Will DoExecute daily operational priorities across production, warehouse, shipping, purchasing support, and special projectsTrack deadlines, shortages, late items, and open tasks through completionMaintain accurate ERP transactions and supporting documentationRun and distribute operational reports covering open orders, shortages, shipments, receiving discrepancies, performance analytics, and contract trackingBuild and maintain Excel reports using tables, lookups, and linked spreadsheetsCoordinate follow-up across internal teams and multiple locationsAssist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy researchMaintain SOPs, reports, logs, tracking sheets, calendars, meeting notes, and action-item listsWhat We Are Looking For2+ years of operations experienceStrong Microsoft Office skillsAnalytical, organized, and deadline-focusedAbility to coordinate across teams, systems, and competing prioritiesManufacturing and/or distribution experience preferredExperience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and certifications preferredCollege degree preferred We are looking for someone who does more than identify an open item.
