Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Oversee and maintain office and operational inventory across the organization
  • Monitor stock levels, identify gaps, and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Keep inventory systems organized and up to date

Office Operations

  • Serve as the primary point person for all on-the-ground operational needs
  • Ensure day-to-day office functions run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational workflows and keep things moving

Issue Resolution

  • Stay ahead of potential issues and proactively address problems before they escalate
