Position Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will execute the production plan and ensure all customers' shipments are completed daily. This role requires utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software to issue work instructions (travelers) to the manufacturing floor for correct spinal implants and instruments production. Additionally, Operations Coordinator ensures all spinal implant cases are complete when shipping to, or receiving from, hospitals while working closely with President and Operations Lead on special projects. This position will execute standard procedures to efficiently deliver FDA approved products to hospitals and surgeons as well as collaborate with sales managers, design engineers and manufacturing technicians to support new product development. It is a position combining strong decision making and proactive approach.

Essential Job Functions:

• Issue shop floor travelers and allocating raw materials
• Manage component stock inventory
• Process travelers and inspection documents to route products through manufacturing
• Purchase raw materials and tooling to make spinal implants and instruments
• Main shipping/receiving contact
• Assist in receiving orders from customers and shipping products

Qualifications:

• High School diploma is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Experience in Medical Device and/or other FDA regulated manufacturing environments are a bonus.
• Strong aptitude for numbers and decision making.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP platforms.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize.

Shift Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
