  • Keep operations supplied and organized: Maintain production and office supplies, stock equipment, support Coupa requisitions, and assist with vendor invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate records: Capture billing information and maintain required reports, logs, and operational measurements while using equipment and supplies efficiently to minimize waste and rework.
  • Support the workplace: Partner with Facilities and Guest Services on visitor and new-hire workspace setups, office moves, conference room setups, and other operational needs.

  • Service and communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to requests, provide information, escalate issues appropriately, and deliver strong client service.
  • Organization and problem-solving: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple requests, meet tight deadlines, follow documented procedures, learn proprietary systems, and find practical solutions when challenges arise.
  • Collaboration: A cooperative approach to working across teams and with vendors, coupled with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to effective department operations.
  • Physical requirements: Ability to frequently stand, walk, push carts, and lift and carry packages and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
