Pay Range: $58,000-$66,000

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and operational workflows to ensure smooth business operations.
• 
  
• Review transactions, documentation, and data for accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• 
  
• Support inventory tracking, reporting, reconciliations, and operational data integrity.
• 
  
• Utilize Excel to analyze data, uncover discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
• 
  
• Manage shared inbox requests and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• 
  
• Assist with ERP implementations, software upgrades, workflow improvements, and business process initiatives.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, logistics, accounting support, inventory, manufacturing, distribution, or a related environment.
• 
  
• Intermediate Excel skills with experience using formulas, sorting/filtering, and data analysis to solve problems.
• 
  
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively across teams.
