    Position Overview

    The Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operational activities of investment vehicles and related entities. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of operational data, coordinating with third-party service providers, and maintaining key controls across the business. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to process enhancements and operational efficiency initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across accounts, positions, and operational records.
    • Support transaction processing, settlements, and related operational activities.
    • Coordinate with external service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely data accuracy.
    • Assist with expense allocations, accrual tracking, and other financial operations processes.
    • Monitor and process investment-related events and administrative activities.
    • Identify and implement improvements to existing workflows, controls, and operational procedures.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in investment operations, fund operations, middle office, or financial services.
    • Experience supporting reconciliations, transaction processing, and operational controls.
    • Familiarity with institutional investment products and investment management environments.
    • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
    • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Process improvement mindset with exposure to automation, reporting, or data analysis tools preferred
