Operational Accounting Specialist

• Analyze operational transactions and investigate financial variances
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
• Assist with billing, operational accounting, and reporting processes
• Research discrepancies and identify root causes of accounting issues
• Partner with multiple departments to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications for the Operational Accounting Specialist:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Operational Accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
• ERP system experience and strong analytical abilities
