Description

Endurance Group is seeking an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst responsible for the collection, exploitation, and analysis of publicly available information (PAI) in support of operational objectives. The analyst will also be required to have a minimum of a Secret clearance. This role supports mission requirements by producing timely, accurate, and actionable OSINT intelligence products, maintaining data integrity, and delivering briefings to stakeholders with actionable and data integrity as the most important aspects. The duty location is onsite in Washington D.C. with remote work on exception and when approved. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis using publicly available information (PAI), including but not limited to online media, databases, social platforms, public records, and other accessible sources
  • Attend and contribute to project specific and directed meetings to include at the SECRET level  
  • Identify, collect, and synthesize relevant information to support operational activities and mission requirements
  • Apply analytic tradecraft to evaluate information reliability, relevance, and credibility
  • Produce clear, concise, and well-structured analytical products, including written reports, summaries, and assessments, designed to inform decision-making
  • Tailor OSINT products to address specific requirements and provide actionable insights
  • Deliver oral briefings and presentations of analytical findings via video teleconference (VTC) platforms and in-person engagements, as required
  • Collaborate with supported personnel and teams to refine intelligence requirements and ensure alignment with operational priorities
  • Provide database management and data integrity support, ensuring accurate entry, maintenance, validation, and quality control of collected and analyzed data in relevant systems
Travel Requirements
  • Travel up to 20% may be required in support of mission needs, including attendance at meetings, briefings, or other operational activities
Deliverables
  • Written intelligence reports and analytic products derived from PAI/OSINT research
  • Briefing materials (e.g., slides, executive summaries)
  • Oral briefings delivered via VTC or in person
  • Maintained and validated databases supporting operational and analytical requirements
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Demonstrated experience in open-source research, intelligence analysis, or investigative work
  • Experience with database management and data quality assurance practices
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into coherent and actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing experience
  • Familiarity with OSINT tools, research methodologies, and information evaluation techniques
Work Environment
  • Work is onsite in a task force setting in Washington D.C. primarily using US Government systems with remote work as an exception and when directed
  • Regular interaction with stakeholders through virtual and in-person briefings is expected 
Compensation: $125,000.00 per year
