Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons to kids aged 4-11 in China
Create a fun, dynamic classroom environment
Lead discussions, assess performance, and provide feedback
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
120+ hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/TEYL certification
At least 1 year teaching/tutoring experience
Native English speakers from the USA or Canada
Computer literacy, clear background check, strong communication skills, punctuality
Technical Needs:
PC with i5 CPU, 8GB RAM
UPS with 4-5 hours backup
Stable fiber internet (20 Mbps)
Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, tidy and quiet environment
