Property Size: 350 units
Employment Duration: Regular, Full time
Hourly: starting at $24/hour + renewal and leasing bonuses + benefits + housing discount

Has multifamily experience
At least 2 years experience as a leasing consultant
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Possess the ability to inspire and engage their team
Has proven track record of sales achievements
Ability to travel to all 3 of our sites in the area as needed
Bilingual Spanish preferred

Lead and inspire the leasing team to deliver exceptional results and service
Create welcoming first impressions and meaningful resident connections
Drive leasing performance through tours, follow-up, and sales excellence
Oversee the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to move-in
Maintain strong curb appeal and ensure leasing readiness of vacant homes
Partner with the Property Manager on occupancy strategy and community goals
Build community pride through events, outreach, and resident engagement
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and company policies
Serve as a trusted point of contact for residents, prospects, and partners
