About the Role:
Apple Management Inc is looking for a dedicated and experienced On-Site Property Manager to join our team in Riverside, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of our community, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained, welcoming place to call home. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential apartment community
• Manage tenant relations including lease signings, renewals, and addressing resident concerns promptly
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and curb appeal are upheld
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services
• Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and process payments accurately
• Enforce community rules, lease policies, and ensure compliance with local housing regulations
• Market vacant units, screen prospective tenant showings and screenings

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, or a related real estate field
• Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Must be willing to live on-site as required by the position and be available for after-hours emergencies as needed
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computer applications
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
