Office Support Assistant – Home Care Compliance & Credentialing | On-Site

 

Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and able to take ownership, prioritize, and get things done? We’re looking for an experienced Office Support Assistant to join our fast-paced home care team in Jackson, MS.

 

100% On-Site: 4755 Old Canton Rd, Jackson, MS 39211
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

  • Manage caregiver compliance, credentialing, and documentation
  • Help tackle an existing compliance backlog with a goal of approximately 20 completions per week
  • Manage an assigned group of approximately 170 clients/caregivers
  • Schedule caregivers for fingerprinting and compliance requirements
  • Answer and triage incoming calls while keeping priority work on track
  • Maintain accurate information in HHAeXchange
  • Support new and existing caregivers through compliance processes.

 

 

Qualifications:

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Office administration experience; home care, healthcare, caregiver compliance, credentialing, strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
  • A confident self-starter who can work independently without constant direction
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong phone, customer service, and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner who can adapt to processes and systems with limited training
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • HHAeXchange experience is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Access to insured and reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience working in an administrative/clerical role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move, transport, or position up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
