    Office Supervisor

    Position Type: Full Time

    To be considered for this position you must have at least 5 years of office supervisory
    experience with a willingness to learn and take charge along with a can do attitude. You
    will be require to learn the industry along with our process flow and assist with
    managing and coordinating office projects and daily tasks. The individual will need to
    collaborate with our Marketing, Sales and Engineering team on all issues. You will need
    to be hands on and also be able to take control and lead projects from start to finish.

    Responsibilities:

    · Manage and coordinate office projects
    · Help provide feedback and assist in develop, plan and layout of marketing campaigns
    and materials (online, electronic, video and print)
    · Collaborate with the sales team and engineering team when needed on all issues
    · Monitor, review and report on all office issues
    · Data analysis and preparation reports for customer, sales, marketing, etc.
    · Assist in various office tasks when called upon

    Requirements:

    · Must be able to take charge and lead the team on all issues
    · Must be detail oriented along with exceptional proofreading and editing skills
    · Must be able to time manage and prioritize task and projects and know when issues
    needs to be escalated
    · Must be able and willing to learn relevant product and industry knowledge
    · Proven experience in B2B environment
    · Experience with relevant software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Knowledge of
    CRM (Salesforce a plus)

    Education: Bachelors degree required

    Work Hours: 9am 6pm, M-F
