Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Print Center Support and Operations
- Document Reprographics (Print/Copy/Scan)
- Document Binding
- Bates Labeling
- CD Downloading & Duplication
Mailroom Operations
- Incoming mail processing/sorting/distribution
- Outgoing mail processing/metering
- Parcel Shipping & Receiving
- Mail scanned into email, or per practice group’s instructions
- Prioritizing check delivery/scanning
Courier Support
- Local courier support for hand deliveries (within ½ mile radius)
- Support with third-party courier coordination for longer distances
