We are seeking an experienced Office Services Associate with a strong background in reprographics and print production to join a professional corporate environment. This role is responsible for high-volume printing, copying, scanning, binding, and document finishing while ensuring exceptional service and accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage multiple priorities, and has experience operating production print equipment.


Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Operate high-volume printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Process print, copy, scan, and document production requests.
  • Perform document finishing services including binding, stapling, hole punching, cutting, and assembly of presentation materials.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Manage multiple print jobs while meeting tight deadlines and service expectations.
  • Troubleshoot basic printer and copier issues and escalate repairs as needed.
  • Maintain production logs and track completed work.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Process outgoing mail, overnight deliveries, and courier requests.
  • Deliver completed print jobs and documents throughout the office.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business documents.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reprographics, print production, copy center, mailroom, or office services.
  • Experience operating high-volume print and copy equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a law firm, corporate office, or professional services environment is a plus.
