Office Manager Responsibilities
Knowledge of SAP or ERP Systems
Purchasing:
- Generate Purchase Requisitions
- Process Purchase Orders
- Order/Maintain Office Supplies, Uniforms, Consumables
- Receive/Process Items
Inventory:
- Perform/Process Cycle Counts
- Confirm/Process Material Movements
- Track/Maintain Stock Levels
- Scheduling
- Coordinate Truck Deliveries and Pickups
- Communicate Daily Status Reports
- Generate Manuel Scale Tickets/BOL’s
- Process BOL’s via Weighbridge Application
Administrative Support
- Point of Contact for all Vendors and Suppliers
- Enter/Process New Vendors/Suppliers
- Process/Submit Add-Changes for New Vendors/Suppliers
- Collect/Maintain Documents for Record Keeping and Compliance
- Perform Drug Screening
- New Hire / Visitors Onboarding
- Lead Safety Committee, Conduct 26 Week Training Program
Other duties as assigned.
