The InterSolutions Direct Hire team is currently working with a Philadelphia based property management company to help them find their next Office Manager at the

Fairmount home office. This individual will act as the first point of contact for all people entering the office as well as the phone. This tech savvy person will be an excellent

communicator and ensure the office is fully supplied and organized to ensure a smooth running environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize office activities

Oversee and order all stock of office supplies

Act as first point of contact for visitors and phone calls

Oversee mail, shipping and delivery, and postage

Maintain professional office environment

Qualifications

Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Strong ability to multitask

Friendly and upbeat demeanor
