    ABOUT THE ROLE

    A leading accounting and finance advisory firm is seeking an experienced Office Managing Partner to lead and grow a key regional market. This senior leadership role will combine business development, client relationship management, team leadership, and oversight of accounting, finance, and transaction advisory engagements.

    The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting, finance, or transaction advisory background and an established network among CFOs, Controllers, private equity firms, and other senior finance executives. This is a market-facing opportunity for a leader who can expand the firm's presence, deepen strategic client relationships, and build a high-performing local team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead and grow the firm's presence and market share within the local region
    • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
    • Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, Controllers, private equity firms, and senior executives
    • Lead strategic client discussions and identify emerging business needs
    • Oversee key accounting, finance, transaction, and operational advisory engagements
    • Ensure high-quality client delivery and maintain strong executive-level relationships
    • Identify opportunities to introduce additional advisory services to existing clients
    • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop the local team
    • Establish and execute market growth and business development strategies
    • Partner with senior leadership on office strategy and long-term growth
    • Represent the firm at industry events and within the local business community

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 12+ years of experience in accounting, finance, transaction advisory, or related professional services
    • Significant experience in a client-facing advisory or consulting environment
    • Proven track record of generating new business and expanding client relationships
    • Established relationships with CFOs, Controllers, private equity firms, or other senior finance executives
    • Strong understanding of accounting and finance functions and related business challenges
    • Experience overseeing complex client engagements
    • Proven ability to recruit, manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
    • Strong executive presence and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to operate as a market-facing business leader
    • Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams
    • CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional credential preferred
