    Lifehouse is looking for an organized, resourceful, and people-focused Office Manager to

    keep our North Bay office running smoothly and support the staff and programs that make our

    mission possible. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day office operations, working with staff,

    vendors, visitors, and departments across Lifehouse.

    What you will do:

    • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the North Bay office
    • Provide administrative support to the Director of Programs & Operations and North Bay teams
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for office needs, calls, visitors, vendors, and correspondence
    • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance, mail, shipping, invoices, and other operational needs
    • Maintain common areas and ensure the office is welcoming, organized, and well stocked
    • Coordinate equipment repairs, vendor services, and technology needs with IT
    • Maintain office records, databases, spreadsheets, and program documentation
    • Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, materials, minutes, and follow-up
    • Support events, communications, flyers, and other materials that showcase Lifehouse programs and services
    • Open and secure the North Bay office at the beginning and end of the workday

    What you will bring:

    • At least four years of office management, administrative management, or executive assistant experience
    • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Initiative, good judgment, and strong follow-through
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
    • Professional, welcoming, and service-oriented approach
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and databases
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
    • Flexibility and adaptability when priorities change
    • Ability to drive for work-related purposes as needed

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Full time, in person role
    • Pay up to $75,000 if annualized
