    Position Summary:
    Diamond Creek Vineyards has defined terroir-driven single vineyard Cabernets in the Napa Valley. Founded in 1968, Diamond Creek is considered California's first exclusively Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Vineyard. Visionary pioneer Al Brounstein assisted by his wife Boots defied modern conventions and planted Bordeaux varietals on secluded Diamond Mountain. Now under the ownership of Maison Louis Roederer in France, it has a global reputation for estate wines from Diamond Mountain honored and cherished by collectors.

    We are seeking a reliable Office Manager/Receptionist who will support phone and in person reception, as well as general office management at the winery in Calistoga. Reporting to the Winemaker, this position will be an integral part of a dynamic team in supporting a growing and evolving organization. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

    This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position. The hours are 9am-1pm, 5 days a week with some flexibility, onsite at the winery.

    Office ManagementALL Order and coordinate pick-up/delivery of office, farm, cellar, and facilities supplies as needed
    Schedule facilities cleaning and maintenance (window and light fixture cleaning, port-a-let service, bottled water delivery)
    Maintain and organize general filing and record retention
    Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including janitorial services, business phone services, and other office and facility services
    Seasonal harvest meals – coordinate ordering and pick up of food for winery team during harvest

    Receptionist Duties:
    Serve as the primary employee responsible for answering the main business phone line and directing calls as appropriate
    Greet guests and vendors entering the premises
    Ability to manage a multi-line phone system

    Accounting Support:
    Provide basic accounting and administrative support
    Track credit card receipts
    Scan and organize accounting documents
    Process manual checks as needed

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or receptionist role
    Experience working at a winery is a plus
    Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish speaking employees and vendors
    Strong verbal and written communications skills
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
    Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, and move around the winery and office as needed.
    Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, such as a case of wine or office supplies
