Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure adequate staffing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, employee concerns, and corporate communications.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, discipline, employee development, performance evaluations, and terminations.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Ensure the office remains compliant with company, governmental, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Maintain compliance documentation, accreditation binders, licenses, permits, and required workplace postings.
- Report complaints and incidents through the appropriate channels in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong communication with management to ensure employees are effectively performing assigned duties.
- Coordinate building maintenance and facility-related needs.
- Manage DME inventory and conduct quarterly inventory cycle counts.
- Submit and coordinate IT support requests, hardware setup, and equipment exchanges.
- Conduct compliance training and assist with employee education initiatives.
- Assist with employee evaluations and communicate relevant information to department leadership.
- Participate in virtual mock surveys and maintain ongoing accreditation and regulatory survey readiness.
- Participate in unannounced accreditation, payer, and regulatory survey visits.
- Maintain a professional appearance, including appropriate business attire, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Complete additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in a healthcare-related field required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare supervisory, management, or operational experience required.
- DME, HME, respiratory, home health, or healthcare compliance experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Must be a self-starter capable of working independently and making sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain regular attendance.
- Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Professional appearance and professional business attire are required.
