    A growing construction company is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to oversee day-to-day office operations while providing high-level administrative support to company leadership. This role will serve as a key point of coordination between the office, vendors, property/site needs, and internal teams.

    Responsibilities
    • Email management for the CEO/Chairman
    • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring administrative needs are handled efficiently and professionally.
    • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and recurring tasks.
    • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees, including documentation, supplies, workspace, and access.
    • Maintain organized company records, files, documents, and administrative systems.
    • Coordinate vendors, service providers, building maintenance, and office-related needs.
    • Manage property and construction site-maintenance assignments, ensuring requests are communicated, scheduled, and completed.
    • Track outstanding projects, maintenance items, and administrative assignments through completion.
    • Serve as a central point of communication between leadership, employees, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
    • Anticipate needs, resolve administrative issues, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
    • Support leadership with special projects and other operational priorities as needed.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 7+ years of office management, executive assistant, operations, or administrative experience.
    • Construction, contracting, property management, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
    • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with both office and field personnel.
