Office Manager Responsibilities – Non-Medical Home Care 


  •  Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflow 
  •  Manage caregiver schedules and client service calendars 
  •  Coordinate client intake, onboarding, and service setup 
  •  Maintain employee files, client records, and compliance documentation 
  •  Assist with caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and orientation 
  •  Monitor caregiver attendance, call-offs, and shift coverage 
  •  Process payroll, timesheets, and billing/invoicing 
  •  Handle phone calls, emails, and client/caregiver inquiries 
  •  Ensure licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements remain current
