Office Manager

Job Description

• Welcome guests and assist as appropriate, projecting a positive image for the company
• Answer incoming phone calls, assist and direct calls
• Maintain and manage stock of office supplies throughout the office
• Develop, revise, and make recommendations for administrative procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the office
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms as requested
• Keep office interior, machinery, equipment, furnishings, and appliances tidy and in good working order
• Professionally communicate with team members in project management, accounting, estimating department, trade partners, owners, architects, and other business partners

Requirements for this position

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams
• Detail oriented mindset with a positive “can-do” attitude
• Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Positive, high energy, and eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, extremely high-growth company
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be highly organized, resourceful and a strong multi-tasker
• Excellent problem/conflict resolution skills, ability to handle and diffuse difficult situations and concerns in a positive manner

Position Preferences

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• At least 3 years of experience in a professional office environment
