Job Overview - Office Manager - JO#34463

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and lead a small administrative team within an established construction organization. This role will support project administration, contract compliance, billing, AP/AR, reporting, and overall office operations.

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee administrative staff.
  • Coordinate project administration, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Review contracts and ensure administrative requirements are met.
  • Support billing, AP/AR, invoicing, and reporting processes.
  • Assist with project setup and ongoing administrative needs.
  • Support office events, training, and special projects.
  • Partner with internal teams to keep operations organized and efficient.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Office Manager or Business Manager experience within the construction industry required.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
  • Strong understanding of construction project administration and operations.
  • Experience with contracts, compliance, billing, AP/AR, or project administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • ERP or accounting system experience is a plus.
