LHH is partnering with a growing organization in Akron, Ohio to hire an experienced Office Manager for an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing office operations, supporting leadership, coordinating travel, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. If you have experience overseeing administrative functions, company credit card administration, vendor coordination, and executive support, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership and staff.
  • Administer company credit cards, monitor expenses, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process expense reports, track budgets, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Order and maintain office supplies while managing inventory levels and vendor relationships.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as the primary point of contact for office needs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and office correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and special projects.
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Management experience required.
  • Experience administering company credit cards and expense management.
  • Experience booking and coordinating business travel arrangements.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience supporting executives and leadership teams preferred.
