We are seeking a highly organized, professional Office Coordinator who balances two equally important responsibilities: serving as the welcoming face of our company and overseeing multiple office-related projects through coordination and follow-up.
Role Overview
This role is approximately 50% front-office presence and visitor experience and 50% project and office coordination. Success requires the ability to shift between engaging with visitors and working independently to track project action items, follow up with vendors and employees, and ensure work is completed to standard.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
Create a professional, welcoming experience for clients, vendors, and guests
Manage incoming calls and inquiries with discretion
Maintain a clean, organized office office
Project & Office Coordination
Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room logistics
Coordinate office technology, facilities, and building maintenance with vendors
Track office-related projects and follow up to completion
Support company events, including logistics and vendor coordination
Maintain system access, security permissions, and office records
