Office Coordinator

You'd be joining a team of over 300 passionate, ambitious people across the UK, Europe and US, building a category-leading FinTech product with the mission to improve the lives of millions.

What you'll do

Our offices are a big part of how we work. They're where the team gets together, where we host customers and partners, and where a lot of our culture happens. As our NYC Office Coordinator, you'll run the day-to-day of our New York office and make it somewhere people look forward to coming into.

You'll also be responsible for our Arlington, VA office, with regular trips down to see the team there. It's a varied role with a lot of autonomy. We're growing quickly in the US and you'll have a real say in how our offices grow with us.

• Employee experience. Host visitors, keep desks and meeting rooms set up and stocked, and spot what the team needs before they have to ask.
• Events and hospitality. Run our team socials, external events and VIP visits from start to finish. You'll own the workplace and run events within budget, manage vendors and catering, and get the most out of what we spend.
• Tech and facilities. Be the first port of call for basic office tech and facilities issues, and fix the small things before they get in anyone's way.
• Office operations. Manage supplies, inventory and day-to-day vendors, keep the space in good shape, handle mail and deliveries, and look for simpler ways of doing things.
• Multi-site ownership. Look after office operations in New York and Arlington so both teams get the same standard, with planned trips to VA when needed.

What you bring

• Experience as an Office Coordinator, Workplace Manager or in a similar operations role.
• You're a self-starter. You take the initiative, solve problems yourself and see things through without needing to be chased.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack, and open to using AI tools to make the day-to-day easier.
• Calm when things are busy, and happy to switch priorities when they change.
• Great with people. You enjoy hosting, bringing people together and making the office feel welcoming.
• Organized, with a sharp eye for detail.
• You get on with things, especially when they're time-sensitive.

Location: New York, on-site 5 days a week, with regular travel to our Arlington, VA office.

Salary: The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000, plus equity and benefits.
