    Responsibilities for an Office Coordinator with Phoebe Allentown:

    • Set appointments for applicants and move-ins.
    • Provide tours and conduct interviews with prospective residents.
    • Set appointments for the annual recertification process and assist with obtaining third-party verifications.
    • Perform administrative and clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
    • Type correspondence, memos, letters, and reports as requested.
    • Assist with recertifications, residents, office staff, and Housing Authority/HUD requirements.


    Requirements for an Office Coordinator with Phoebe Allentown:

    • The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in property management, senior living, or a customer service setting preferred.
    • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and phone systems, required.
    • Bilingual ability is a plus.
