- Education & Experience: Associates or higher education preferred, with proven prior experience in customer service, digital marketing, or administrative roles within an early childcare environment.
- Communication & Presence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; naturally warm, approachable, and professional as the front-facing ambassador of the school.
- Leadership & Organization: Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to support leadership, coordinate school and community events, and multitask under pressure.
Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk Stewardship & Communications
- The Front-Facing Anchor: Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the school, greeting parents, vendors, and visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Call & Inquiry Management: Professionally manage front desk coverage, answer and direct phone calls, field inquiry calls, and enter all prospect information accurately into the Lead Center.
- Office & Tour Support: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings for the director, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and assist with tour scheduling and enrollment paperwork.
Advanced Tech & Digital Operations
- Content & Social Media: Manage and update the school’s digital platforms—including social media channels (FB/IG/TikTok), front desk digital monitors, and the school website.
- Creative Design & AI Integration: Utilize Canva and generative AI tools to design professional newsletters, flyers, event reminders, and digital marketing materials efficiently.
- Documentation Management: Maintain rigorous online and offline document organization, including children's files, folders in OneDrive, and administrative playbooks.
Leadership & Event Coordination
- School & Community Events: Take a leadership role in planning, organizing, and executing school events, open houses, staff celebrations, and community/giving initiatives.
- Administrative & Leadership Support: Assist leadership with staff scheduling updates, time-off records, supply management, and maintaining an efficient front-office experience.
