York Employment is seeking an Office Assistant in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. This role supports daily administrative operations to ensure efficient and timely office performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily office tasks and special projects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • Perform administrative duties including data entry, report creation, and correspondence

  • Learn and support core office functions such as:- Quotes and work orders

    • Field service reports
    • Scheduling

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
