About the Role:
Nest Home Care LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team in Owings Mills, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key support role in a compassionate, people-focused environment where your work truly makes a difference every day.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documents
- Assist with scheduling, appointments, and calendar management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a welcoming attitude
- Support management and team members with data entry and reporting tasks
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory as needed
- Knowledgeable with health care terms and billing codes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-player attitude
