Job Description:
Midwest Drywall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our construction operations team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, preparing project documentation, and assisting with billing, purchasing, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, demonstrate strong communication and time-management skills, and be comfortable working with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient project operations.
