Your Mission

We are looking for the perfect person as an Office Assistant. Among the many things that you'll be help with are some medium and large-scale projects, some every day admin tasks, organizing, implementing new processes and helping with personal errands for the VP's.

We are looking for someone that is a self-starter, with attention to detail who can help keep the area running smooth.  

We are looking for that awesome someone who wants to grow with the company.

Pay & Schedule

• $18/ hour to start
  
• This a full-time office position, Monday - Friday from 9-6 pm with an hour for lunch.
  

• Fast learner
  
• Positive attitude, self-starter and strong ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively
  
• High duplication
  
• Not afraid to ask questions so as to achieve a full understanding of a project/task
  
• High level of communication, no back off on talking to customers or other staff
  
• Knowledge of computers, including working confidently with Word, Excel and PowerPoint a plus
  
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  
• Executes planning effectively, not afraid to follow up to gain compliance to executive orders
  
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
