We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates with a business degree who are looking to start their career in operations, administration, or financial services. In this role, you'll support core business operations by managing administrative processes, coordinating documentation, and ensuring accuracy across client and internal workflows.
Duties
As an Account Specialist, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient account servicing:
Deliver high-quality customer service to internal teams, clients, and external partners through professional and timely communication
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper routing and accuracy
Review, scan, and prepare daily financial documents and deposits, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Track and coordinate outgoing payments and related documentation
Monitor shared email inboxes, respond to requests, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
Organize, upload, and maintain account and loan documentation in internal systems
Prepare and send client communications, including account updates and important notices
Assist with account closeout and documentation processes, tracking progress to completion
Research and resolve discrepancies by reviewing account history and supporting documentation
Support audit requests and help maintain accurate, organized records
Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong interest in business operations, administration, or financial services
Internship, campus leadership, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
