    Job Summary: The Of Counsel attorney will have extensive experience in Labor & Employment litigation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex labor & employment cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil defense litigation and a proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.

    Qualifications: 
    • Licensed attorney with a California bar license
    • Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling
    • Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance
    • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment
    Compensation: $195,000-$250,000 with annual bonus programs and a robust benefits package, including 401(k) plan with employer contribution, health insurance (medical, dental and vision coverage), life insurance and flexible spending
