    What Will You Get To Do

    Drive Account Growth

    • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability within assigned key accounts.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence within existing customers.
    • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.

    Increase Customer Share

    • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    • Increase share of wallet through customer engagement, satisfaction, and strategic account development.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, new products, programs, and services.
    • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships.

    Lead Account Management Activities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
    • Manage day-to-day customer relationships and ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
    • Coordinate new product and program launches with customers and internal teams.
    • Communicate and manage pricing changes, product updates, and other account-related initiatives.
    • Partner with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to support customer requirements.
    • Maintain accurate account information, forecasts, opportunities, and activities within CRM systems.

    Customer & Business Development

    • Build long-term strategic partnerships with OEM customers and other key accounts.
    • Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews.
    • Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business opportunities as needed.
    • Monitor account performance and take action to address challenges or opportunities.

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    What Will You Bring

    • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, OEM Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a related B2B sales role.
    • Experience working with OEM, manufacturing, industrial, hardware, components, or related customers preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
    • Strong business development and account-growth skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently manage assigned accounts.
