Professional Requirements
Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) License (Ohio OTPTAT Board)
Bachelors degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Valid Ohio Drivers License; travel required for home and community visits
Experience working with infants, toddlers, or families
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations of fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
Provide family-centered therapy in homes, childcare centers, and community settings
Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
Coach and support parents and caregivers using evidence-based strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to state and Early Intervention guidelines
Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, service coordinators, and other team members
