Job Title: Nurse Supervisor/ADON
Location: New York, NY

Shift: 7:30 PM-8:00 AM | 11.50 Hours/Day | 34.50 Hours/Week
Pay Range - $80/hr - $85/hr

Schedule Notes:

  • Associate director of general nursing

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.
  • Record-keeping system development.
  • Patient care planning.
  • Corrective action implementation.
  • Employee performance improvement.
  • Performance monitoring.
  • Medication error tracking.
  • Counseling.
  • Supervisory experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program.
  • Masters degree in Nursing.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

  • RN License.
  • Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
  • BLS.

Languages:

  • English (Speak, Read, Write)
