Job Summary: Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling. null

Education Requirement:
Required Education: -Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing Program. 

Preferred Education: -Masters degree in Nursing. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: -NY State RN License and BLS.
