- Licensure: Current Michigan RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses, Michigan controlled substance license, DEA registration, AHA approved BLS, ACLS, and ATLS
- Experience: Prior ER experience required

What You’ll Do:
- Assess and treat patients in the emergency department across all age groups
- Perform triage, stabilization, and emergency procedures as needed
- Make rapid, accurate clinical decisions in high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with a team of nurses, physicians, and specialists to ensure high-quality patient care
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in ED electronic medical records (EMR)
- Cover triage when patient volume demands, providing efficient patient flow support
- Work closely with emergency department staff to enhance patient outcomes
What You Need:
Required:- Current nurse practitioner license in Michigan
- Recent experience in an emergency department setting, including work with adults and children
- Ability to perform standard ED procedures
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach
Preferred:- Experience in fast-paced, high-acuity emergency environments
- Competence with emergency procedures and rapid clinical assessment
