  • Experience: Preferred experience in Level III NICU settings, extensive neonatal procedures

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU
  • Perform procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line insertion, paracentesis, spinal taps, and exchange transfusions
  • Manage ventilator support, including oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
  • Stabilize patients for transfer or ongoing treatment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RN staff, respiratory therapists, and consulting specialists
  • Maintain adherence to clinical protocols and ensure patient safety and quality care
What You Need
Required:
  • Active license as a Nurse Practitioner, with Neonatology certification or eligibility
  • Certification in NRP
  • Experience with neonatal procedures (intubation, chest tubes, central lines, etc.)
  • Ability to work 24-hour shifts and on-call responsibilities

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in a Level III NICU setting
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal emergencies and advanced procedures
