What Good Care Looks Like

Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.

That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.

None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.

Build Strong Facility Partnerships That Improve Patient Care

As a Nurse Account Manager, you will serve as the primary connection between our long-term care pharmacy and the healthcare facilities we support. You will help customers successfully implement pharmacy services, educate clinical teams, address operational concerns, and ensure the highest level of service for residents and caregivers.

Unlike traditional nursing roles focused on direct patient care, this position combines clinical expertise, account management, training, and quality improvement. You'll work closely with facility leadership, pharmacy operations, and clinical teams to improve medication management, support regulatory readiness, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll act as a trusted clinical and operational partner to our facility customers while supporting service excellence across the pharmacy.

  • Support facility onboarding and implementation of pharmacy services, including E-MAR systems when applicable
  • Train facility staff on medication administration, survey readiness, risk management, and performance improvement practices
  • Develop and maintain assisted living education programs that meet state regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and deliver educational programs both at customer facilities and pharmacy locations
  • Monitor customer service levels during routine site visits and communicate service concerns to internal teams
  • Partner with pharmacy operations to identify and resolve workflow, service, and quality improvement opportunities
  • Assist facilities with action plans designed to reduce risk and improve compliance outcomes
  • Conduct mock surveys and provide guidance related to state and regulatory inspections
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure educational materials align with facility needs and company standards
  • Maintain knowledge of current healthcare, pharmacy, and long-term care regulations and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing and facility leadership on family communication and engagement programs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, site visits, and problem resolution

What We're Looking For

  • Background in Skilled nursing and long-term care clinical experience
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Experience conducting training and education programs for small to medium-sized professional groups
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including occasional overnight travel

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Three or more years of account management experience
  • Experience supporting pharmacy technology implementation

You'll Be Successful If You Have

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with facility leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand, sit, or drive for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to perform near-vision work and distinguish colors accurately
