What You'll Do:

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team - Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards.
• Oversee Kitchen Operations - Ensure food preparation, presentation, and safety meet excellence standards.
• Manage Inventory & Efficiency - Control food costs, ordering, and waste to optimize kitchen performance.
• Drive Food Safety & Quality - Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality regulations.
• Optimize Workflow & Performance - Monitor kitchen efficiency, solve problems quickly, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Front-of-House - Work closely with restaurant leadership to create a seamless guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual is a PLUS!
• Experience in Chick-fil-A is a PLUS!
• Kitchen leadership required (minimum 2 years in a kitchen leadership role)
• Proven leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and quality control
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team with excellent communication skills
• Experience managing inventory, food ordering, and cost control
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
