Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
- Keep the selling floor stocked and organized
- Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
- Inform customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service
