Description

Responsible for customer business account setup, reporting, testing, and master data activities. This role will process account documentation, perform SAP testing, resolve account and payment issues, and support customer business account inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

Process documentation for customer business account setup, changes, and updates.
Perform testing for Master Data Management activities in SAP and the Customer Business Account portal.
Support reporting related to master data attribute standards.
Resolve customer hierarchy and payment issues.
Run and review monthly audit reports and reconciliations.
Answer calls and respond to emails related to customer business accounts.
Add or update customer credit card information.
Collaborate with internal and external teams regarding master data changes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma.
2+ years of Consumer Goods Industry experience.
Experience with Google Office Suite, Excel, and SAP.
