Are you warm, dependable, and curious—ready to bring your front-office skills to a role where you can learn something new?

Mett Vita Health is hiring a Neurofeedback Technician & Administrative Assistant to support in-office neurofeedback sessions and provide Friday coverage for our full-time front-office coordinator. You’ll help telehealth and in-office patientswith calls, scheduling, paperwork, and visit preparation.

No prior neurofeedback experience is necessary—we’ll train you. This on-site role begins one day per week, with additional days anticipated as services grow. You’ll be a reassuring voice, a welcoming presence, and a valued part of the team.

About Mett Vita Health
MVH is an established, growing multistate psychiatric and integrative mental health practice with our hub in Fort Mill, South Carolina. We serve children, adolescents, adults, and families through psychiatry, therapy, functional medicine, neurofeedback, and coaching. The MVH Collective includes our partners and independent community mental health professionals renting rooms. Our expanding services and partnerships create opportunities to learn and contribute.

What You’ll Do
Friday front-office coverage. Answer phones, welcome patients, manage appointments, send and track paperwork, and assist with reminders, check-in, payments, portal questions, and telehealth visit links. Use shared workflows to provide a consistent experience.

Neurofeedback session support. Following training, support our NeuroCurrent program using NeurOptimal®. Prepare equipment, assist with patient setup and sensor placement, operate the system according to training, and explain the process using approved materials.

Session preparation and follow-up. Assist with program forms and assigned documentation, communicate patient concerns, clean and reset equipment between appointments, and report technical issues. Clinical questions and treatment decisions remain with licensed clinicians.

Clear communication and handoffs. Route messages, follow up on outstanding administrative requests, and keep the coordinator and Practice Administrator informed. Communicate early when priorities conflict or a concern needs clinical attention.

Office and collective support. Keep rooms and shared areas clean, tidy, organized, and stocked. Replenish supplies, reset rooms, help with approved décor, and support room schedules and routine communications with collective members.

Ideas and additional projects. Notice practical improvements in scheduling, session preparation, supplies, and handoffs. Help with agreed changes. Events or approved blog and social media posting offer other ways to contribute as interests and capacity allow.

What You’ll Bring
Required experience. Front-office, patient-facing, and customer service experience, including answering phones, managing provider schedules, and coordinating appointments. Neurofeedback experience is not required.

Communication and computers. Confidence communicating with patients, families, and providers; comfort with computers, electronic forms, and learning software and equipment. Electronic health record experience is preferred.

Privacy and judgment. An understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality is required, along with discretion, professional boundaries, and a willingness to follow procedures and seek guidance.

Mindset and prioritization. Solutions-focused, values-driven, and attentive to how tasks connect. Able to multitask, prioritize, anticipate needs, welcome feedback, and maintain accurate work and a reassuring manner.

Training & Support
Cross-training & coordinated support. Our Front Office & Patient Experience Coordinator helps train you in front-office workflows and provides day-to-day administrative guidance and operational oversight, supported by the Practice Administrator. Both positions are cross-trained for reciprocal coverage: you provide Friday front-office support, and the coordinator can assist with Neurofeedback sessions when trained and needed. Designated trainers provide neurofeedback equipment and session training; clinical supervision and treatment decisions remain with licensed clinicians. Reception and session coverage are scheduled to ensure appropriate support.

Why Join Mett Vita Health?
Meaningful work. A valued role. You’re not behind the scenes—you’re central to how patients experience our practice. Your warmth, judgment, and follow-through matter, and so do your ideas.

A team with heart—and personality. We value genuine connection, collaboration, and a sense of humor. Team gatherings, social activities, celebrations, and community events give us opportunities to connect beyond the workday. We take good care seriously—and make room for fun along the way.

Your ideas are welcome here. Notice a better way to organize something, simplify a process, or support a patient? Bring it forward. You’ll work alongside our Practice Administrator and team to help improve how we work, with opportunities to contribute to events, community engagement, and marketing based on your interests and capacity.

Support, recognition, and room to grow. Our Performance & Engagement Framework provides supportive check-ins, meaningful feedback, and opportunities for recognition and performance-based rewards. Expectations reflect your training and scheduled hours. Additional days and responsibilities are anticipated as MVH grows, with guidance and support—not simply a longer task list.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly compensation, training arrangements, and any applicable part-time benefits or perks will be discussed during the hiring process. Eligibility depends on scheduled hours and practice policies. Performance-based rewards are discretionary. Additional days and planned coverage will be discussed based on practice needs and mutual availability; additional hours are not guaranteed.
