Vertafore has an opening for an experienced, energetic Networks & Associations Program Manager. The position requires a business leader with commitment to building strong partnerships through mutually beneficial programmatic relationships. The key objective for the position is to manage the Networks & Associations Program in conjunction with Director and Channel Managers.

The Networks & Associations Program Manager is a key member of the channels and ecosystem team responsible for enabling customer awareness, acquisition, enablement, and retention through building strong relationships with industry groups. The Networks & Associations Program Manager must have a solid understanding of, and experience in, sales, business development, marketing, events and promotions, lead generation, project management, and enablement and campaign execution.

Vertafore develops and delivers software to the Insurance industry, helping our clients in how they help their clients. In order to provide the best possible levels of partnership with proven experience in motivating and driving performance, the Networks & Associations Program Manager will be immediately involved in the following:

• Work in alignment with Director and Channel Managers on the Networks & Associations team.
• Manage the implementation, roll out and execution of the Networks & Associations Program.
• Internal and external coordination of all partnership agreements, execution of new and renewals
• Keeping data in Excel sheets up to date and current
• Managing any partnership projects
• Ensuring Networks & Associations data is clean and accurate
• Working with team to update network member lists in SFDC
• Ensuring SFDC data is up to date
• Coordinating data with SFDC dashboards and Excel sheet metrics
• Updating metrics inside of Excel sheets
• Assist in planning and participating in marketing events with industry associations as necessary
• Internal coordination of events that Networks & Associations team attends
• Attending Networks & Associations events where necessary
• Coordination of other speaking engagements and other marketing efforts to drive growth
• Assist Networks & Associations team with marketing resources
• Edit and update current partnership pages
• Coordination of marketing emails
• Collateral needed for partnerships
• Updating and creating landing pages for current partners
• Quarterly content email sent to networks
• Coordinating Networks & Associations team and marketing team efforts for webinars
• Create all Marketo campaigns with emails and landing pages
• Design and curation of presentations to communicate Networks & Associations team engagement
• Assisting sales team in all things Networks & Associations
• Being a go-to-resource for the sales team for questions, processes, issues
• Monthly training for sales teams to keep them up to date on partners, changes and how to resolve problems
• Leading sales enablement for Central, strategic and other necessary teams
• Educating local leaders and operations team on everything Networks & Associations
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly "State of Industry Associations" presentation for all assigned team members and the executive team.
